Lakeshore Landing was created in April of 2007.  This neighborhood consists of 16 homesites - 10 of which are lakefront homesites. Four of the ten lakefront sites are on a quiet cove, yet near the main channel, while the other six are on the main channel. These homesites are located on Lakepoint Drive, just off of Jim Caudill Road.  The neighborhood is on the south side of the lake - the N.C. Highway 268 side.
